The Journey
Even after the whirlwind of the SAAS NORTH Conference and moving earlier this month, something keeps re-visiting me (and it's not just the SaaSquatch in my dreams)…
Being a Founder can feel really lonely at times. You’re not always sure who’s actually rooting for you and who could care less that you succeed.
And so you keep the little failures and challenges close to the vest, making it more difficult to learn and grow and easier to self-isolate in misery.
It doesn’t have to be this way! It's miserable and in the long run only serves to hurt you or your business (or both!).
All that to say, thanks Marie Chevrier Schwartz and Katherine Homuth for the authentic talk at SaaS North on the entrepreneur’s journey without glossing over the “downs”.
We’ve all been there whether we want to admit it to ourselves, the people in our lives, or a whole conference of peers.
And to any bootstrapped entrepreneurs that want to talk shop about what they’re building (but maybe not ready to do so in public): hit my DMs, I would love to chat about what that looks like and what helped/hindered me.
