Thoughts as a first-time exhibitor at SAAS NORTH Conference

▶️ The staff at the Rogers Centre are top-notch – always 10 steps ahead of the needs of everyone there

▶️ Loved our booth location – right beside the coffee, restrooms and stage meant lots of foot traffic and easy access to all the cool talks scheduled.

▶️ I had interesting (positive) reactions when I talked about being fully boot-strapped vs going the VC route – I’ll expand on that in future posts!

▶️ Conferences like these are a great way to stress test your messaging, see what clicks, what should be emphasized, or what may be too confusing/clunky.

▶️ Stress balls are a fun (albeit bulky) swag item. Would recommend!

▶️ A lot of cool people are working on a lot of cool things.

Can’t wait to dive deeper into the local Ottawa community, it’s been a warm welcome so far!
