If you book a free consultation on our website, you book time with me directly.
Not an SDR (or worse an AI SDR 😱 ) to pass you on a sales team to pass you on to a sales manager etc etc. – I’m sure you know the drill.
ARRow can’t be built in a bubble and while it’s important to make sure our current customers are happy and being heard, we don’t want to forget about our potential customers.
These consultations are not only a top lead gen channel but a core part of our ongoing customer research. They’re incredibly useful for keeping a finger on the pulse, understanding market trends, priorities, and ensuring ForecaaS product/services remain relevant.
A part of that is also who I talk to - RevOps teams, from CROs to Salesforce admins - are a systems and procedures bunch and smart as hell!
So, getting to deep dive on a first call leads to so many interesting conversations and exposes me to environments that help me be a more thoughtful product builder.
And bonus, sometimes talking about a new challenge or set up request helps unlock the answer to a problem we have been currently working on.
Yes it is a strain on my calendar at times and yes it may not remain possible the more we scale (time will tell!).
But for now? I honestly love doing these calls.
