Name your price!

As I finalize ForecaaS CPQ for public consumption (read: work on the marketing side of the house), I find myself revisiting launch conversations I haven’t had in years.
As the second tool released by ForecaaS, much like a second kid, you learn what’s actually important and what advice you can leave behind this time around.
One of those things is pricing. Not how much to charge but whether to publicly list it.
We’ve all been there: you find a solution that looks interesting, but before engaging you want to have a rough idea of possible budget.
But the pricing page says “talk to us” 😖
So you begrudgingly start with an intro chat session, get directed to a BDR, then an AE, go through their discovery, discuss things that are way in the weeds, only to find out that the pricing isn’t even remotely in your budget.
A terrible intro experience that can sour someone on a vendor forever.
I knew that wasn’t the route I wanted to go so for ForecaaS ARRow we took the opposite approach.
We share that pricing in our emails, our signature, our website, our AppExchange page, our LinkedIn Business page and basically anywhere someone might go to learn about us.
(and if you’re curious, pricing for ForecaaS ARRow starts at 500 bucks per month - i.e. $25/user/month with a minimum of 20 licenses. Boom, I said it, it’s clear and concise.)
We share it freely without the need to talk to someone or fill out a form because as a buyer, if I can’t easily determine how much something might cost me, it’s an easy disqualification.
We’re proud of our pricing – we firmly believe ARRow’s the best cost-effective solution for our ICP (Ideal Customer Profile): SaaS organizations generating 5-50M ARR looking to get their revenue metrics standardized.
And CPQ will be no different. Transparency is a ForecaaS Software value, not specific to a singular tool or workflow.
Once pricing is finalized, you can be sure you’ll see it and if you want specific pricing for your org, it's one DM away.
Calculations are kinda our thing after all!
