Being a Shepherd of Change

“But that’s what we’ve always used.”

This one sentence explains more “metrics problems” than any audit ever could.

The tool isn’t the hard part.
The change is.

Letting go of manual imports or dusty fields can be a real challenge for some organizations.

ARRow installs in Salesforce in minutes — the technical lift is genuinely low. But when you touch revenue reporting, you’re also touching habits, workflows, and the way people have defined their numbers for years.

That part doesn’t happen in minutes.

Being Salesforce-native removes the biggest adoption barrier (no new platform, no new login), but because we sit on top of existing opportunity data, there’s almost always some process cleanup involved - how opportunities are created, what fields are being captured, what “ARR” even means to different teams.

So we stay involved: sales team training, personalized automations, process reviews. Not because ARRow is complicated, but because change is.

And the feedback we get from our clients fully supports that: "deep understanding of Salesforce", "part of the team", "cares about their customer's success" 🤩

Fast tool. Thoughtful rollout. That combination is what turns a good implementation into a sticky one.

(And if you want a masterclass in managing change at someone else’s pace - become a parent 😂)
