AI + ARR Data Use Case


Ever wonder how to actually use AI for your ARR data?
As I’ve mentioned in prior posts, I’m not typically one to needlessly want to add features or components simply based on trends or the next shiny new thing, especially if it doesn’t fit the product or our customers.
But I’ve recently had a few customer-driven requests around deploying and training Agentic AI on ARR-driving opportunity fields.
The goal would be to further simplify reporting and allow their Finance teams to ask the AI questions on metrics like Churn, MRR, contract durations etc. by leveraging data from the current system.
This project has us excited here because:
✅ It’s driven from real-life customer requests
✅ It has specific criteria around its specific use case
✅ It’s within Salesforce, where ARRow is native and its fields can easily be pointed to
AI and its uses remain a polarizing topic and if I believe what I see on LinkedIn, I’ve already missed the boat... 🙄
But from what I see in real life and work, the timing is perfect for this project.
