2026 Predictions

Do you guys have any 2026 predictions? Because honestly...

I don’t really.

I know as a leader I should be more grandiose in what I see in the future for ForecaaS and the SaaS industry at large.

But if the last year has taught me anything, it’s that for all the ways that SaaS changes, the building blocks for recurring revenue remain fundamentally the same.

👉 Businesses will need to send and create invoices.
👉 Businesses need to be paid.
👉 That money needs to be tracked.

Maybe a light prediction is a “back to the basics” mentality. We’ve seen a lot of promises of new functionality, but also a lot of backlash around less-than-ideal outcomes.

And in my world of SaaS metrics, those outcomes can be make or break – if inaccuracies trickle up to boards, investors, or any external stakeholders it can seriously stall or halt negotiations talks altogether.

So for us at ForecaaS, we’re definitely excited about some new capabilities the future will bring and what will come along to truly streamline RevOps processes.

But the majority of our time will be making sure our customers – current and future – know they can trust us to tell their revenue story accurately, securely, and on-demand.

The “boring” stuff. The “basic” stuff. But hey, some things never change.
